My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. As a busy Mum, Wife and Medical professional, life can become very demanding and stressful. The risks of burnout are very present. Understanding the pressures of this chosen lifestyle enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.
But like many of you, I never got the guidance on how to navigate all of these challenges.

Extensive experience with colleagues, students and mentors allows me to guide you safely. I am at my best when I can help sign post clients to improve mental health, reduce stress and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction without experiencing burnout.
